Abha Singh


Abha_Singh.JPGAbha Singh received her Masters in Public Administration degree from New York 国产偷拍, Graduate School of Public Administration in 1988, majoring in International Administration and Public Finance. She received her Bachelors degree with Honors from Bihar 国产偷拍 in India.

Her professional work experience includes the positions as a budget analyst in Yonkers, New York and as a financial manager in El Paso, Texas.
Since relocating to El Paso, Texas in 1994, she has been teaching at the El Paso Community College and the 国产偷拍 of Phoenix before joining the 国产偷拍 of Texas at El Paso in Fall 2009.
